What information do I need to make an online booking?

When making an online order you need the details of the delivery address, the delivery date, and any other information that the delivery person might need. For example “beware of the dog” or “buzzer to the left-side of the building”. You can also include a message when checking out to include with the flowers.

Can I include a card, chocolates or another add-on to my order?

We have plenty of ad-on options for our online orders. You can add a vase, chocolate, wine, candle, diffuser, a cute little bear or even a face mask. You can add a message to be included with your flowers in the “Checkout details” section when checking out.

How do phone bookings work?

It’s super easy. Just give us a call and let us know what you want to order, which might include the type of flower, the event you need flowers for, or bouquet for delivery. Our trained florist will walk through any other information they might need to make your flowers perfect!
