Thank you for shopping at In Full Bloom.

These are our shipping policies and if you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call on 03 9696 1688. We are happy to answer any questions you have.

Delivery Policies:

 



Delivery Range:

We offer delivery within a 40Km radius from our physical store. Any orders going beyond this radius will be allocated to a florist in the local area of the recipient’s address. The order will be then be subject to the local florist’s shipping and returns policies.

Please note that we will try our best to relay information relating to the style and design of your order but we are unable to guarantee they will achieve  a similar design as every florists has and uses their own artistic ability and perception.



Delivery costs:

Delivery fees starts at AUD$15.00 and are based on our partner courier service provider’s fees. Prices are calculated depending on the distance of the recipient’s delivery address from our store’s local area.

If the person is at home, flowers and gifts will be delivered to whoever answers the door.

If no one is home, flowers will be left in a safe place near the front door.

If you do not want us to leave the flowers if no one will be at home, you need to let us know when you are placing the order. If you require a second delivery, there will be a charge, but you will be contacted to advise you of the cost, to get your approval to re-deliver them, and to find out if there are additional delivery instructions for the second delivery.


 

Weekdays:

Same-day deliveries are possible as long as the order has been successfully placed before 1PM. Additional Fees/Surcharges may apply on orders placed after the cut-off time. Orders will be sent on the day required between 10:00am – 7:00pm, however if unforeseen circumstances arise you will be notified when delivery won’t be possible to arrange other delivery options. We will try our best but we do not guarantee exact delivery times as there are many external factors(traffic, courier availability, accidents, etc.) that can affect delivery times. Weekends and Public Holidays(Excluding Mother’s Day, Christmas and Valentine’s Day):

Same-day deliveries are possible as long as the order has been successfully placed before 10am on weekends and public holidays. Additional Fees/Surcharges may apply on weekends, public holidays and orders after the cut-off time. Orders will be sent on the day required between 10:00am – 7:00pm, however if unforeseen circumstances arise you will be notified when delivery won’t be possible to arrange other delivery options. We will try our best but we do not guarantee exact delivery times as there are many external factors(traffic, courier availability, accidents, etc.) that can affect delivery times.

Our delivery service operates 7 days a week and on most public holidays. Deliveries cannot be guaranteed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as most florists are closed.

If there is a delay with the delivery of your order, which very rarely happens, you will be contacted on the number you gave us when you placed the order.


Returns Policy:

Thank you for your purchase at In Full Bloom.

We always do our best to send exactly what is ordered, but due to seasonal fluctuations, and availability, particular flowers may need to be substituted.

Any substitutions will be done with a similar value flower. For example, if a particular flower is not available, it will be replaced with another flower that is of similar or greater value.

Returns may be possible so long as the flowers delivered are still in the same condition as they were delivered. If you are not happy with the flowers that are delivered, please let us know within 24 hours so we can organise a new delivery for you.

Once we have been advised, we will deliver your new flowers and collect the original flowers within 24 hours. Flowers are extremely delicate products. Our flowers are handled with the utmost care we are capable of providing at all times. Flowers not within our care after 24 hours unfortunately will NOT be replaced or refunded due to them being potentially exposed to circumstances that may have damaged the flowers.

 

Caring for your flowers:

  • If you have received cut flowers, trim stems diagonally about 2cm from the base prior to placing in clean water. Take special care to remove all leaves that will be underwater, as they contain bacteria that may quickly proliferate and spoil the water. Change the water completely and repeat prior steps every 2-3 days.
  • If flowers are arranged in florist’s foam, top up with clean water daily, taking care not to overfill.
  • Position flowers away from draughts, direct heat and sunlight. Do not place them on heat generating appliances such as TVs and microwave ovens, etc.
  • As some flowers will last long than others, carefully remove spent blooms or leaves, especially if other flowers in your display are still alive and well.

If there are any gifts that also need to be exchanged or returned, they need to be in the same condition as they were when they were delivered.
